Customer Onboarding Specialist

What you will do

Shoreline’s mission is to build deep partnerships with our customers in renewable energy; developing products around our intelligent simulation technology that help them solve their biggest problems. Our extensive industry domain knowledge and our unique technology enables our customers to gain valuable operational insight and predictability.

Our users are typical project developers, analysts, operations planners, site managers, installation leads and management in leading global offshore wind energy companies, OEMs, technology providers, and consultants.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Organise, streamline and oversee the onboarding process for new customers
  • Deliver first line support to internal team and Shoreline customers via phone, chat, and email.  
  • Analyse technical issues reported by customer to define root cause and escalate. 
  • Set up and host training in the form of webinars or in-person trainings ·       Adoption monitoring of our customers
  • Work close with the sales team to monitor, manage and ensure customer satisfaction on our trialing customers. 
  • Assist in implementation of our various SaaS solutions from early requirement definition to final handover including internal follow-up, onboarding and documentation. 
  • Update and maintain already existing written and visual documentation. 
  • Support the Customer Success Departments in managing customers’ accounts.
  • You should expect to travel 20-30 days per year to various global locations. 

Who you are

  •  Bachelor's Degree in English, business, IT, information management, or related field
  • Experience within a similar position preferably from the renewable energy industry
  • Strong communication, planning and time management skills
  • You are customer focused and are able to understand their needs
  • Self-motivated, flexible, responsible and self-driven.
  • A team player with a creative and innovative mindset, who can be pragmatic when the situation calls for it.
  •  High level of English both written and spoken is a requirement, and additional European language skills is an advantage
  •  Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
  • SaaS experience is nice to have
