Shoreline’s mission is to build deep partnerships with our customers in renewable energy by developing SaaS products around our intelligent simulation and optimization technology that helps them solve their biggest problems. Our extensive industry domain knowledge and our unique technology enable our customers to gain valuable operational insight and predictability.

Our users include project developers, analysts, operations planners, site managers, installation leads, and management in leading global offshore wind energy companies, OEMs, technology providers, and consultants.

What you will do

You will be responsible for all HR-related matters and setting the strategic direction within recruitment and organizational development together with the management team.

Your key focus will be to make sure we have the right people, skills, and culture to enable our company to develop and grow while having fun along the way.

As part of Shoreline’s leadership team, you will work closely with other members of the management team to steer the strategic direction of the business, and you will report directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage our recruitment processes globally
  • Draft and manage employee contracts
  • Own and manage on- and off-boarding
  • Manage and develop our remuneration packages
  • Employee and organizational development
  • Coaching
  • Develop and nurture our Shoreline culture
  • Office and HR related activities in general

Who you are

We are looking for a profile with:

  • Minimum five years’ experience from similar positions.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, who can be pragmatic and make tough decisions when the situation calls for it.
  • Experienced in bringing an organization together towards our common goals
  • Develop and inspire a fantastic culture
  • Holistic thinking with a crossover business focus
  • Full oral and written proficiency in English.
